What are your fees?

We have very low fees of just 5% of revenue. So on a $25 weekly subscription, this would equate to $1.25. There are no set up fees or any other hidden fees, just the flat 5% rate.

Considering your revenue per customer can increase 25%+ and your off-peak profitability can improve, we consider this a very low cost.

How are we notified of an order?

Customers will still order in the usual way, by coming up to the counter. Instead of paying, the customer will show their subscription at the counter. They will tap the subscription, which then adds a coffee up, signifying 1 use. This way you can limit the number of uses.

Does your app integrate with our POS system?

SASSR is designed to be simple to use/integrate, so no POS integration is required. Customers will still order in the usual way, by coming up to the counter.

What are the benefits for my business?

Improved cashflow (i.e. a week of revenue is now received upfront)
Guaranteed revenue (you still get your revenue coming in, regardless of whether the customer comes in. e.g. its raining, store is closed, customer is sick etc)
Customers are encouraged to come in more often. This means more upsell revenue. E.g. they might buy more croissants whilst in store.
You can also monetise your off-peak periods by having a 2nd subscription (e.g. 6 coffees per week but only usable in off-peak hours). This makes your off-peak more profitable & de-stresses staff.

How do customers find my business and sign up for our subscription?

New customers can find your business via a list in the app, see your business on the map on our app and search for your business name.

For existing customers, we will provide you with a sticker which you can place on your cafe/restaurant door or counter, showing customers you are on the app. You may also communicate this to your regular customers to help increase the number of subscribers to your deal (& guaranteeing their weekly revenue).

Is there a minimum contract period?

No, you can cancel your offer at anytime you like. There are no cancellation or set up fees either, so there is really no downside for trying SASSR out.
